Terms of use
The terms that govern your use of this website.
Last updated: July 2026
By using SaveTemecula.org (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Advocacy & opinion
Save Temecula is a community advocacy campaign. The Site presents our views, analysis, and commentary on a matter of public concern — the proposed Golden Pacific Powerlink. Statements characterizing the project, its risks, and the parties involved reflect our opinions and our reading of the sources we cite; where we state facts, we link to sources so you can judge for yourself. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep information accurate and up to date but make no warranty that it is complete, current, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Save Temecula and its volunteers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content.
Third-party links & services
The Site links to and embeds third-party services (for example, our donation, email, and social platforms). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Intellectual property
Site content is owned by Save Temecula or used with permission, except where a source is credited. You may share and quote it for non-commercial, informational purposes with attribution.
Dispute resolution & arbitration
[Draft — to be finalized with counsel.] The parties intend that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms be resolved through binding individual arbitration on an individual basis, and that class, collective, and representative actions be waived, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This section will be reviewed and finalized by an attorney before publication.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
